Cafe Don Benjie – Geisha Natural Unroasted Coffee

The “Geisha” variety was brought to Panamanian soil in the 1960s. The discovery of this variety with sweet and fruity floral notes was in the Best of Panama in 2008.
In Don Benjie Estate this variety is planted between 1450 to 1600 masl.
This Geisha was delicately selected, and was left to dry slowly on African beds, constantly moving it until it was brought to the ideal drying point and then put to rest.
This Geisha is characterized by its perfumed, floral notes, black fruits, cherry.
