Chevas Coffee Estate – Caturra Super Natural Whole Bean Coffee

Variety: Caturra Process: Super Natural Notes: Cacao nibs, forest fruits, milk caramel and dried dates.

The specific batch comes from a height of 1500 masl, the height gives the process more influence of flavors, we create the balloon process where adding yeast, mucilage and the bag is then filled with CO2, inflating like a balloon. This is how the process was carried out and the sweetness was intensified, also producing a balanced acidity.
