¿What is behind of coffee production?
Several coffee estates have opened their doors to Panama tourism to show what is behind coffee farming, explaining the entire process of growing, harvesting, classifying and roasting coffee, as well as the operation of international markets and the demand that exists for them panamanian grains.
Every visit to a farm usually culminates with a coffee cupping or tasting, in which you learn to evaluate the color (by the roasting), the aromas and flavors of different varieties.
In truth, coffee is more than a drink, it is art and dedication for several years. More and more this drink is spreading throughout the world and today it is taken in different forms, hot, warm, cold, with ice, in cocktails and in many other forms.
