The plantation grows in the shade within the secondary forest from 1600 to 1750 meters above sea level, surrounded by mountain bamboo and blackberries. This microclimate has been maintained and cared for, giving a coffee with intense fruit notes.

ALTIERI SPECIALTY COFFEE produces the best varieties of specialty coffee, between its two farms located in Boquete; one of the most internationally recognized lands for the quality of its coffee.
CATURRA and CATUAI are harvested on the Alto Lino estate, with an area of 12 hectares between 1,300 and 1,375 meters above sea level. While, on the Callejón Seco Farm, varieties such as: TYPICA, CATUAI and GEISHA are harvested. This farm in a property of 45 hectares, located on the slopes of the Barú Volcano, with a height between 1700 to 2200 meters above sea level, within the Barú Volcano National Park, a beautiful natural conservation area, surrounded by cloud forest that offers that unique and special flavor to our ALTIERI SPECIALTY COFFEE.
