Cafe Rio Indio
We are a stream of energy charged with aroma, emotion and flavor. We owe ourselves to our land, to our producers, to the river that feeds us, to all Panamanians. We put our heart and focus on each of the Panamanians who wake up every day wanting to feel, live and move forward.
Read MoreOur harvest comes from the Rio Indio coffee plantations that crosses three Panamanian regions. We started in the month of November, being at this stage when the cherries are red, ripe and ready to be harvested by our great family of harvesters.

Our selection process is artisanal, manually selecting the cherries one by one, celebrating each grain that is harvested as if it were the first.
This guarantees a homogeneous and high quality harvest, growing and harvesting a pure coffee and with friendly techniques for the environment.
After the harvest, the cherries are put to dry in the sun, a natural process that allows, among other things, that the sweet honeys from the pulp are absorbed by the grain.
