Packaging is basic to ensure that Coffee does not lose its quality and characteristics, protecting it from oxygen, light and environmental conditions. Coffee is a product that follows its natural process once packaged, it continues to release gases that we must let out of the bag through a valve so that it does not swell.
Packed
The coffee emits CO2 for several days after roasting, you must wait for a while before you can vacuum pack it. For this reason, two technologies have recently been employed: pressurized cans and pressure release valve bags, where coffee can be packed almost after it has been roasted.
