In Heaven Begin Coffee

Then the beautiful white flowers like angels begin to make their way, adorning their entire branches; giving off that aroma that speaks to you and announces the special fruit.
Patiently waiting for those months of growth and ripening, the cherries show you that characteristic color that when you touch them, they drop into your hands, ready to give you all their essence; that they were creating from that rain of life.
The father of the fruit receives it with the enthusiasm of being able to give it all the best in each part of its process, and that many times that passion gives rise to the initiative of a new process to extract all its splendor; the one that made you feel, when you saw the coffee bushes bloom.
When the bean is ready to roast, you feel within you, that you are in front of a symphony ready for your direction and start the concert of secret aromas, which in the hands of the expert artist, leads to the development of the perfect roast note.
Now ready to be tasted, other hands give it the correct grind and the avalanche of aromas that awaken the imagination before its preparation begins; and when that grinding is combined with water, it gives you the soul with the desire to resurface on your palate and produce that ecstasy when you drink it.
Sitting down with a cup of delicious Coffee & Aroma, he passed me this whole movie with the first sip…
